ParaNorman opens nationwide

Laika Entertainment’s 3-D stop-motion animated fantasy, about a young boy who sees dead people, arrives in theatres on August 17, courtesy of Focus Features. Chris Butler (who supplied storyboards for CORALINE and Tim Burton’s CORPSE BRIDE) scripted and co-directed with Sam Fell (who directed THE TALE OF DESPEREAUX and FLUSHED AWAY). Anna Kendrick Leslie Mann, Elain Stritch, Jodelle Ferland, Temptestt Bledsoe, Casey Affleck, and John Goodman provide voices.
