Description: Anchor Bay Entertainment invites Los Angeles residents to celebrate horror icon Michael Myers’ arrival in high-def with a cast-and-crew signing for HALLOWEEN 4 and HALLOWEEN 5 on Blu-ray disc. Guests include HALLOWEEN 4 director Dwight Little; HALLOWEEN 4&5 composer Alan Howarth; Wendy Kaplan (Tina Williams in HALLOWEEN 5); Jon Chapin (Mikey in HALLOWEEN 5); HALLOWEEN 5 writer Michael Jacobs; John Buechler (HALLOWEEN 4 fx maestro); George Wilbur (series mainstay and Michael Myers in HALLOWEEN 4); and Justin Beahm (on commentary tracks, author of upcoming Halloween: The Complete Authorized History). Erik Preston (young Michael Myers in HALLOWEEN 4) can’t be at the event, but will be signing covers in advance.
Unfortunately, the guests will be signing only the Blu-ray covers; the actual discs will not be on sale until August 21, when they will arrive with all-new 1080p HD transfers, lossless Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audio, and both archival & newly created bonus features.
