Description: Fearsgate (which made its debut in 2010 as Forbidden Haunt in Sherman Oaks) returns for Halloween 2012 with a brand new theme: Zombie 2012 Apocalypse. See whether you can navigate can navigate safely through all the shops of the plaza, on your way to the Church of Lost Hopes – without becoming zombie chow along the way! But wait, there’s more! Fearsgate has added a second walk-through maze this year: Not only will you have to navigate your way through the Zombie Apocalypse; you must also find your way through the darkness of The Abyss.

Dates: September 21-23, 28-30; October 5-7, 12-14, 19-21, 26-31; November 1-3 (Day of the Dead celebration). UPDATE: The originally scheduled dates of September 21-23 have been cancelled.

2012 Hours:

• Dark Tours: 7pm-midnight on Fridays & Saturdays; 7pm-10pm on other nights
• Saturday & Sunday “Lights On Tours” noon to 4pm

Tickets:

• $13 for General Admission; RIP Fast past is $20-25, depending on date.
• The Coffin Ride is $5 for single occupancy, $9 for double.
