Delusion Auditions for Halloween 2012

2012-HP-Banner-4-1Great news for fans of Halloween Events in Los Angeles! Delusion: Presented by Haunted Play – which drew rave reviews from yours truly and many other horror fans last October – will be back for another season of shrieks and screams in 2012. Retitled “Delusion: The Crimson Queen,” the new production is once again being written and directed by stunt coordinator Jon Braver (THE DARK KNIGHT RISES); this year, actor Neil Patrick Harris (DR. HORRIBLE’S SING-ALONG BLOG) is on b0ard as co-producer.

Delusion’s a mix of walk-through maze and live-theatre (somewhat akin Wicked Lit’s Halloween horror plays) will once again be ensconced in an aging manse in downtown Los Angeles, where fearful patrons will take a tour through hell and back, enhanced by special effects, stunts, and some of the most aggressive ghosts and ghouls we have ever encountered.

If you want to get in on the haunting – from the scaring end rather than the being scared end – you have a chance to audition. According to their latest press release, “Haunted Play is now looking for highly energetic and excited actors/haunters to play out this disturbing tale in a 107 year old mansion!”
