The House at Haunted Hill 2007 Video

Back in 2007, The House at Haunted Hill upgraded their annual Halloween yard haunt, incorporating a story (told with synchronized music, dialogue, and narration) to tie together its elaborate mechanical and lighting effects. The result is impressive: although we rather miss the old version of the haunt, in which you could simply peruse the yard at your own pace, never knowing when some new ghost would appear, the new version is a technical tour-de-force that brings to live the haunt’s back story – something that most Halloween haunts merely suggest on their websites.

Some aspects of the haunt are difficult to capture on camera. Our video condenses the 15-minute show down to some representative highlights.
