Blacula at midnight

blacula_verticalThe Art Theatre of Long Beach offers up a midnight screening of the blaxploitation cult-classic, starring the late great William Marshall in the title role.

From the website:

Holy crap! BLACULA is coming to Long Beach! William Crain’s 1972 blaxploitation thriller is a grindhouse classic, and cemented William Marshall as an icon of the B-movie genre, going on to star in Scream Blacula Scream, Amazon Women on the Moon, and a personal favorite, Abby. We are proud to present MGM’s very own 35mm print of this epic blend of funk, horror, and (often unintented) comedy.

Location: Art Theatre of Long Beach, 2025 East Fourth Street, Long Beach, CA 90814
