The Haunting & Day the Earth Stood Still at Aero

The original versions of  THE HAUNTING (1963) and THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL (1951) screen as part of the American Cinematheque’s tribute to director Robert Wise. Both are far superior the the remakes, standing among the finest examples in their respective genres. Unfortunately, Wise’s other horror and sci-fi efforts will not be included; the rest of the series focuses on his musicals and dramas.
