Leonard Nimoy – War of the Worlds & The Lost World – Live

Actor Leonard Nimoy  (Spock on STAR TREK) will appear in person on opening night to help promote a double feature of sci-fi stage performances, based on classic literature. L.A. Theatre Works will perform two science fiction radio dramas,, which will be recorded for later broadcast on Satellite and Public radio. WAR OF THE WOLRDS is the old Orson Welles adaptation of the H.G. Wells novel about a Martian invasion of Earth. THE LOST WORLD is a recent adaptation by Howard Koch, John de Lancie and Nat Segaloff of the Arthur Conan Doyle novel about a trip to a mysterious jungle plateau where dinosaurs still live.

Cast: Josh Clark, Kyle Colerider-Krugh, Peter Paige, Kirsten Potter, Kate Steele, Tom Virtue, Kenny Williams.

Leonard Nimoy will answer questions after the 8:00pm  performance on May 13.
